3. APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

All services are appointment-based. Walk-ins are accepted only when scheduled availability allows.

Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone.

Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Arrivals: Trustpoint reserves the right to reschedule appointments if clients arrive more than 15 minutes late.
4. PAYMENT POLICIES

All services must be paid in full at the time of service, unless a formal contract with a client or employer specifies otherwise.

5. REFUND POLICY

If an error occurs due to Trustpoint’s process (e.g., fingerprinting error caused by our equipment), a full or partial refund may be issued.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service.

Clients canceling with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit fees, except in documented emergencies.

Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been completed accurately, or for missed appointments without proper notice.

8. EMPLOYER / BUSINESS CONTRACT POLICIES

Trustpoint reserves the right to pause or terminate services if payment terms are not met.
9. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

Lost or damaged documents after they have been submitted to the appropriate agency.

Missed appointments due to client error or failure to provide required documents.

Clients acknowledge that some services (fingerprinting, background checks) are processed externally by state or federal agencies, and processing times are outside Trustpoint’s control.
10. HEALTH & SAFETY

Clients are required to follow any posted health and safety guidelines while on-site.

Trustpoint reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting symptoms of contagious illness or who violates posted health protocols.
11. CUSTOMER SERVICE

Complaints will be addressed within 2 business days.
